Weekends around our house are always fun and pretty busy. The busy being the people more so than activities. We are really lucky that ballgames are only of the weekdays. It allows us a break.
Sarah and Paden were here to play....They picked teams and played a very long time in the backyard! Long enough I got sunburned just watching:) It sure was fun!
Sarah had her perhaps first ever baseball injury. While pitching to Lita (it would be Lita!)....Lita hit an incredibly hard line drive into Sarah's stomach. Sarah yelled before the ball ever hit her and her reflexes just didn't get her glove up in time....so Sarah has a baseball tattoo on her belly. After watching a few minutes Paden had to ask "Are you laughing or crying?". I think the answer might have been both!

Of all the things I love about having a big family, these games, this kind of fun is among my favorite things!! I love my kiddos and I love backyard ball:)
